In-Game Punishments

Did your character do something bad? Fill out a form here to request and receive your character's In-Game punishment from Nautilus or one of the Deva!

We reserve the right to refuse or to change a punishment if we feel that the submitted punishment doesn't suit the crime (too lenient or too harsh), if the punishment breaks game rules or mechanics, or if the crime isn't enough for Nautilus to deal out a punishment.

Not certain about just what to request? Please refer to the table below for some ideas!

Still not sure? Want to get a suitable punishment at random? We'll be happy to dole a suitable punishment for your character that you have the choice of accepting or declining for another within reason (we will suggest up to two other substitution punishments).

A mod should respond to your request submission within a day or two if the punishment is straightforward and does not need discussion. If you haven't received any response within three days, please contact us directly.

The Submission Form

General Punishment Ideas

Time in Nautilus' Jail *   Temporarily Deva Servitude **
Animal Transformation (mostly harmless animals)   Chased by Nautilus animals
Reverting to Childhood  Temporary sense loss/heightening
 Temporary Amnesia

Temporarily serve at a Nautilus         business ***

* For this, please indicate both how much time that your character is really in the Jail as well as how long time seemed to pass for the character. This is because time flows differently within the jail.
** You can select a Deva or be assigned at random. Your character would be compelled to cooperate even if they do not desire to (ie: they can be aware and voice their displeasure, but they must carry out what is asked of them).
*** Potential places would be the library, Furmans, etc. Your character would be compelled to work properly by Nautilus even if they do not desire to (ie: they can be aware and voice their displeasure, but they must carry out their assigned tasks properly).

Storm Suggestions

Have a great Storm idea? Post them here!

If you want to suggest a player plot, please go here instead.

Storm Submission Guidelines

  • All storms require some sort of trigger influenced by character(s) or situations within the city.

  • Please only base storms off of canons that are currently in the game.

  • The mods will read and discuss all submissions but will not always respond to every suggestion to indicate that this has occurred. No suggestion is ignored!

  • Ideas that can involve all players/characters are the best! Please try to keep this in mind when making your suggestions!

  • We the mods reserve the right to reject suggestions if we feel if they break game mechanics or rules (ie: multiple AU characters, pregnancy, etc), if they involve sensitive material and/or themes (ie: extreme gore, sexual assault, etc) or if they are NC-17 in nature. Please contact us if you are uncertain if your suggestion would fall into these categories.

  • Have fun!

Comments are UNSCREENED so that discussion with other players can be facilitated. If you wish to keep the plot a secret, SCREEN your post and we will get back to you.

Player Plots and Calendar

This is where you can find and add to a calendar of upcoming events such as player plots, storms and even Metaplot ideas.

Submit your Player Plots by filling out a form. Please make sure you have your player plot fully figured out and keep to the schedule that is submitted. A moderator should respond to your submission within a week. If more than a week passes, please contact us directly.

Player Plots can take the place of any Mini-Storms. A Mini-Storm will take place in the case that there is no Player Plot or a normal Storm for a given month. A larger Player Plot can run instead of a normal storm in non-holiday months with permission.

We reserve the right to refuse submitted Player Plots if - though not limited to if - they are not fully formed and explained during the submission process, go against game rules/mechanics, would conflict with another plot's duration, or if they involve sensitive material and/or themes (ie: extreme gore, sexual assault, etc) or if they are NC-17 in nature. Please contact us if you are uncertain if your player plot would fall into these categories.

Please make sure that you have a clear idea of the material covered in Bending and Reality Storms while you create your plot so you are aware what is plausible with Bending! Also be aware of the material covered in Ascension and World Traveling if this involves Ascended and traveling to other worlds.
