thewake_rp is the community used for all "network" posts. This acts as a sort of public forum. Characters can make video, voice/audio, or text/written posts on the network, as well as reply to those posted. It's the primary method of communication between Wakened. Due to the sentient nature of Nautilus, the city will occasionally record posts all on its own, which results in "accidental" posts.
thewakelogs is the community for interactions that don't involve the network. For example: Buzz Lightyear is hanging out at Hiccup's house. They have awesome face-to-face adventures together, and don't need any silly network.
Your character will find themselves arriving in the Northern District. They may feel disoriented, exhausted, or somewhat jet-lagged. Or, they may not. If they have any powers to speak of, they will find themselves unable to use them. Any fancy weapons or technology not necessary for survival (for example, Iron Man's suit) will also be quite unusable. In addition to all this, they'll find some sort of communication device either on their person or nearby: a cell phone, a book, a watch; whatever works for your character. ~*HOW STRANGE*~!
