Unfortunately we will not be able to consider this character for application due to a couple of reasons.
The history section is extremely confusing especially for those who are canon blind, so that adds to the difficulty of discerning the character's background for consideration of approval. Though we would normally allow a rewrite at this stage, there is a problem concerning how Osgood works and interacts.
While we do allow characters who were one entity in separate bodies and characters with multiple/split personalities, it doesn't appear that Osgood fits cleanly into either of these categories and instead seems to be two separate entities. While (if we are understanding this correctly) Osgood is a copy of one person, she is two separate people, and while they may both answer the Call as such, their paths in Nautilus may potentially diverge, in which this would not be an application for one character, but two separate ones.
The situation gets further complicated considering that we have a rule in place about a player's multiple characters interacting too close to each other (playercest). Even if this is not the case, we'd still have to treat this application as for two separate characters and thus, ask for two characters' worth of AC instead of just one. It'd also count against the player character limit.
We suggest that if you still wish to play Osgood, that it either be one or the other, but you cannot have two characters who interact so closely, if our understanding of Osgood is correct.
