We suggest instead of comparing it to the Autism Spectrum, you can describe it as her "having a hyper focus on her interest/one-track minded" or simply omitting the "negative connotations" part if indeed you want to tie it or compare it to traits of the Autism Spectrum and simply having the positive traits shine through and speak for your character's strengths.
