The part where you described her powers as "without negative connotations" bit implied that having Aspergers/Autism is akin to having a personal flaw and thus those who do have it are inherently flawed or inferior (as it tends to be a whole package deal no matter where they fall on the spectrum).

We suggest instead of comparing it to the Autism Spectrum, you can describe it as her "having a hyper focus on her interest/one-track minded" or simply omitting the "negative connotations" part if indeed you want to tie it or compare it to traits of the Autism Spectrum and simply having the positive traits shine through and speak for your character's strengths.
