-In 2363, Lucas watches his father die at the hands of the Helghast who live on the other side of the wall, forced to share the planet Vekta.
-Lucas meets his mentor, Thomas Sinclair who is a Shadow Marshal himself and learns many skills during his training with him, becoming a Shadow Marshall himself at the top of his class and becoming Sinclair's right hand man.
-Lucas is tasked to spy and gain intellegece on the Helghast and find out about a huge issue coming up between the Helghast and ISA before things got out of hand.
-Lucas allows himself to be captured by the Helghast and brought to the other side of the wall to be exchanged for a Helghast prisoner named Echo.
-Kellan was then sent by Sinclair to the ISC Cassandra, a classified research ship, to destroy evidence of a bio-tech weapon being created by Dr. Hillary Massar and sending the ship into a nearby sun in order to prevent it from falling to the Helghast.
-Upon returning to VSA Headquarters, Kellan was caught in an explosion that destroyed the building and coming under attack by the Helghan terrorist group, the Black Hand.
-After repelling the Black Hand, Kellan was sent undercover to New Helghan to find the Black Hand's leader, Vladko Tyran. Eventually, Kellan finds Tyran and learns that he is working for Jorhan Stahl, who is planning to reignite war with Vekta with the use Massar's bio-tech weapon that has been altered to target Vektans.
- Eventually, Kellan finds Tyran and learns that he is working for Jorhan Stahl, who is planning to reignite war with Vekta with the use Massar's bio-tech weapon that has been altered to target Vektans. Shortly after, Kellan is captured. He is once again encountered by Echo, who revealed her desire to end animosities between the Vektan and Helghast to prevent a war between them. She helped him escape and returning him to Vekta City in an attempt to convince the VSA to stand down. However, Kellan failed to convince Sinclair, who is very displeased that his agent is siding with Echo. Instead, Kellan is then dispatched to track down and retrieve Massar from Helghan.
-y the time he finds Massar, Kellan learned that she had finally completed the bio-weapon and it is being ready for its final test. Kellan disobeyed Sinclair's orders and allowed Massar to be killed by Echo. This act of disobedience caused Sinclair to view Kellan as a traitor. Kellan teamed up with Echo to stop Jorhan Stahl from deploying the bio-weapon. As they head to Stahl's base while confronting and killing Vladko Tyran in the process, ISA forces sent by Sinclair arrived and were preparing to lay siege on Stahl's base. Kellan tried to warn Sinclair to abort the assault as Stahl prepares to deploy the weapon.
Character Personality: Please be as detailed as possible so that we have a good picture of the character. What makes this character tick? What are their strengths and weaknesses? Minimum three paragraphs.
The main thing to know about Lucas is that he is a kid in the midst of turmoil. This turmoil erupted due to the ISA deploying a homemade virus called the Tarraside. This caused millions of Helghast to become deathly sick, creating cannibalistic tendencies among them. For those that survived this deadly virus, half the planet of Vekta was given to the Helghast survivors in the form of a wall dividing the factions in half.
When the wall was constructed, Lucas Kallen and his father, Michael were trapped on the wrong side of the wall. Because of the constant panic, fear and dread, Lucas developed an inner strength that he used to return to the Vektan side of the wall. With this inner strength , it was recognized by the director of the Shadow Marshals and he was asked to attend the Shadow Marshall academy. Because of his perseverance, he became one of the top five percent of his class and the youngest candidate to graduate at the age of 13. Being the youngest in the class, forced him to perform at a higher level much like other Shadow Marshals twice his age.
One of his major strengths was the ability to see both sides of the conflict. This allowed him to feel for Helghast suffering even though he was a Vektan. He eventually became the person to prevent another war from starting between the two factions. This however became a weakness as well. The human like factions used him in many instances because of his empathy for both sides.
Lucas was loyal to the Shadow Marshall and did what he was told including being captured by the Helghast as trade for a prisoner named Echo. He then found out his own mentor, Sinclair was planning to incite a war against the Helghast. He learned this from Echo.
Being a trustworthy man, he uses his influence in both sides to help Echo stop Sinclair
Powers and Abilities:
OWL- A special tracking device Lucas uses in his homeworld for tech purposes. It has four modes :Attack Mode, Zipline Mode, Stun Mode and Shield Mode.
Attack mode is used to target a group of enemies or a single enemy.
Zipline Mode- Does what it says on the package.
Stun mode- Gives a zap that allows the OWL to disable nearby electronics and
Shield Mode- Gives a shadow Marshall a front holographic facing shield.
-Lucas is also a master Shadow Marshall skilled in the art of spying, keeping the peace and much more.
-Spoofer- The LSR44 provides a unique hybrid of carbine and sniper rifle.

[A man who eyes his setting, rather suspiciously with a mask over his mouth and a VSA branded helmet on his head stares at the network.]
[A advanced prototype drone is flying behind him, moving in place.]
“One, have you seen a woman with a red hoodie named Echo around Nautilus? A war hangs in the balance here.. It’s important.”
He seems to be looking over his shoulder for signs of Helghast or even Sinclair.
“Two, my mission is important, I require assistance in stopping Sinclair from trying to start another war.
[He does this before disappearing with the OWL droid by his side]
Third Person: 300 word minimum. This is the place to show your character's inner thoughts within the setting. Give us a nice third person narrative of your character doing something, plus how they feel about it. This doesn't have to be blatant "this is what my character is thinking, designated by italics!" but should rather show your character's self via their actions and interactions with their environment.
Lucas is on edge, staring at the Nautilus shooting range shooting the Spoofer, it occasionally leaving burn marks on the edge of the gun course.
The Shadow Marshall is busy taking out some much needed anger on the local gun range, quietly aiming at the targets without much distraction. He’s quite in a tense mood, that same gun would quickly be aimed at anyone who is considered a threat to him.
Once he finds the targets to be the perfect shade of brown, he sits while his OWL drone mends the injuries that he sustained earlier.
After the adrenaline shot is administered, Lucas stretches and opts to move quietly out into Nautilus's snow covered scene with a coat summoned around his advanced VSA armor, sighing while the snow starts to dust the ground.
He is too quiet these days considering he found out he was wakened into this world for a purpose, something different.
He had questioned himself various times.
Why had he survived? Why did Echo protect him? What happened if Sinclair killed him? Where was Echo now?
Did he actually have a purpose to be here?
He had too many questions and not enough answers but honestly he missed the one person that could explain his own questions: Echo. Everyone he knew had either betrayed him or was killed and he realized he was on his own here.
It took a few moments before the Shadow Marshal sighed and kept walking, his footsteps being left behind in the snow as he eyed the structures of Nautilus. It was nothing like his own time in Vekta or even seeing New Helghan, but something completely different than he was used to.
He felt a emotion he had ignored for the time being: Anger and he had felt it starting to bubble to the surface.

Before we consider your application for approval, we'll need several revisions.
Personality needs a lot more fleshing out, as it feels like it belongs in a history section than explaining what makes him tick. By "Inner strength", what that mean exactly? Is it courage? Is it stubbornness? Is it a want to find more strength? Would that strength be to help others around him, or just himself? Is he a selfish character? Is he conscious of others? Please explain more in detail as at the moment, he comes off as a generic soldier archetype and we want to know how true or untrue that is.
Network sample seems to mix both prose and action spam. We would prefer if you cleaned it up to be in an network style/action spam. We also can't really get a sense of his voice and it comes off as more we're hearing your voice rather than the character himself.
Third person sample is too short. Only 297 words. We would suggest you add some dialogue to it to flesh it out more.

In Lucas’s years, he is still trained for all these motives, however, there are less Shadow Marshalls and he is preserving peace between the Helghast and the Vektans.
On the inside, however, Lucas is a man walking on eggshells. He has issues with PTSD due to two Helghast shooting his father in front of him as a child. He experiences issues with anger at times due to this, however, he is able to keep himself in check enough to rationalize with a Helghast named Echo, and find common grounds in ending the hostilities between the Vektans and Helghast together.
Even though he betrays his own protector and father figure, he learns empathy in the progress.

The speaker is nothing but static feed.
He is suddenly on guard and eyes the forest as he points at a tree as his owl shoots a zip line at the tree nearest him and he slides down, unseen, he had hoped anyway.

[Lucas's day consists of sitting by a tree, reading a few Helghast language books, along with a few ISA Shadow marshall books given to him by the VSA.]
[ His OWL still attached to his back as occasionally it lifts up and checks on him.]
[Lucas stares at the small drone-like device and sighs "Stealth mode" as the device cloaks itself from view until Lucas wants it back.]
[ Lucas gets up, squeezing his modern VSA weapon he had gotten. ]
.. Any info on the Helghast or VSA or ISA? If so, let me know immediately."
Lucas is now quiet as he observes just by climbing up on a hill.
