Character History: You have two options for the history requirement:
1) Write the full history of your character out (especially if your canon is obscure).
or
2) Link to a detailed wikia page for your character and provide your own bullet point summary of your character’s history.

Character Personality: Please be as detailed as possible so that we have a good picture of the character. What makes this character tick? What are their strengths and weaknesses? Minimum three paragraphs.

Powers and Abilities: 'nuff said.

Network: Your network sample entry should be made as if your character were posting to a public network, such as Dreamwidth. It does not have to be their first post (ie, "OMG WHERE AM I?!"), but it does have to show that the character is perfectly aware of the fact that this is something that other people are likely to see. Please avoid excessive use of descriptions in [action tags] here, as one would get in video posts - we're looking for your character's voice, the one they use for talking to others. Save the internal monologues for the third person sample.

If you use TDM for your network sample it needs to meet the following requirements:
* Taken from the Test Drive Meme for The Wake and not any other game
* Contains at least 12 comments from the character being applied for
* Contains enough material for us to see how the character is like
* Has to reflect their first person voice

Third Person: 300 word minimum. This is the place to show your character's inner thoughts within the setting. Give us a nice third person narrative of your character doing something, plus how they feel about it. This doesn't have to be blatant "this is what my character is thinking, designated by italics!" but should rather show your character's self via their actions and interactions with their environment.

Original Character Applications - we ask that you be AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE.

Charater’s Name: Miden
Fandom: Children of the Whales
History: Miden is a daimonas (a.k.a, an artificial person), so he doesn’t have a home or a family. He was created by Dyo, so he calls her his mother even though he doesn’t have an actual mother. When he was ten, Dyo started using Miden as an executioner because of his powers and she molded him into a puppet.
Personality: Miden obeys Dyo’s every order, and he doesn’t have much of his own personality in canon. However, he will be able to think for himself once he wakes up.
Powers/Abilities:
—As a “Marked,” Miden can use thymia (a.k.a, basically carry out telekinesis). His aura will appear by an object (or person) and he can move that object or person at will.
—Miden can also use the aura as a shield if it isn’t attached to an object, and break things.

This is the first thing I’ve done here, so the TDM probably won’t come up with much.

We cannot accept this either. When we said you could copy and paste, we were talking about our preset form, not your previous app.

See here? On the page has boxes containing the forms you need to app in a character into the Wake. Hold down the mouse in one of the boxes and move it all the way down until you have all the text highlighted, right click and copy it. Then paste it into either a word document or google doc to fill out.

Please use the first one as you are trying to app in a character from an existing fandom.
